January 1, 2010 - All TRUE TRACKER
units for monitoring standby generators are now wireless models. The
total conversion of these units to the upgraded model was completed at
the end of 2009. As a result, all generator owners will need to make
sure they refresh their saved web-browser log-in pages to reach the
proper monitoring site. Log-in access can be reached as always by
clicking on the links provided to them on this website, aka : www.truetrackerless.com which is also also www.truetracker.net.

November, 2009 - By popular demand, TRUE TRACKER units have been redesigned to accommodate up to 4 panels with a 240v system. As a result, we have separate systems for 240v and 120v signs. To accompany the redesign and two systems, there is an updated installation guide especially useful for 240v schematics. The updated manual can be downloaded by our customers with password from the installation "password required" page.

Because the TRUE TRACKER can save companies potentially thousands in electric costs when used correctly, it is considered a "green technology" that benefits everyone. Its inevitable that power utility will realize the savings when they they see more and more outdoor advertisers utilizing this system. The easiest way to quantify one savings is to see what your Outdoor Advertising company is spending on electricity on vacant signs each year. Translation- a vacancy rate of 30% would mean a 30% electric savings because you would simply be turning off vacant signs. For this reason, we will be negotiating with the utilities to explore the possibility of electric company sponsored rebates for purchasers of the TRUE TRACKERS. We would encourage our customers to open a conversation with their utilities about how they will be helping their utility to earn "white credits."
