Plant Management

User accounts can be assigned to specific plants. This filters the amount of controller information and alerts to each separately managed plant showing only relevant information to that area. This is especially useful for companies that have branches nationwide.

Remote Panel Management

Organizing your customer's panels is easy with our web-based software! True Tracker enables the creation of master customer lists where customers are "assigned" specific panels. Panels can be easily added or removed for each customer. Each panel has its own warning prompt and light scheduler. Unused panels are maintained in an "unassigned panel pool" that can be turned off with a single command.

Remote Lighting Control and Scheduler Features

-You can create lighting profiles, including a standard profile for commonly used ON/Off times instead of making manual changes
-Schedule lights ON/OFF up to 3x per 24 hours
-Profiles can be set to "real time" or "sunset/sunrise"
-Sunset and Sunrise are automatically determined by geographical location
-DST: Automatic bi-annual adjustment for daylight savings time (can also be disabled)
-Manual override device for allowing maintenance work without resetting scheduler

24/7 Remote Monitoring

-Password enabled web access from anywhere you have an internet location
-Web site is also Smart Phone enabled for in the field diagnostics and monitoring
-Unit detects both site alerts and utility failures by reading current
-User decides where they want alerts sent; email, text message or both
-User decides what types of alerts they want notification of;
-Alert types include: Bulb failure, multiple bulb or ballast failure, circuit breaker open, utility power lost, utility power restored, high current, and controller reboot
-Alerts must be managed and are stored in an alert history

Remote Diagnostic Tools

-Manual ON/OFF for diagnostics and current reading per panel
-Last 48 Hours Summary; shows current draws each hour for last 48 for failure diagnosis
-Last Turn-On Cycle; shows high, low and average draw
-Last 30-Days Data; lists the daily average current reading for each panel over the last month and plots a graph to show how they compare to the tolerance reference current
-Remote Re-Calibrate; allows a user to recalibrate the site without going to the structure. Very useful for relamping, to calibrate the unit after the 24 hour "burn-in".
-Remote Reset; gives the user the option to remotely reset the controller board if they are not able to receive any information from it
